The ‘Skin Regeneration’ treatment starts with a gentle cleansing of the feet, followed by targeted work on back posture to relieve tension and restore body balance. Guided breathing helps to relax the mind, preparing you for the subsequent benefits.

Body brushing stimulates blood circulation, followed by an exfoliating scrub that removes dead cells and leaves the skin smooth and radiant. After a refreshing shower or the application of hot mitts, the body is pampered with an application of mud enriched with draining oils. This mud not only remineralises the skin, but also promotes the elimination of toxins, improving skin tone and firmness.

The body is then wrapped in cartene pants, creating a sauna effect that enhances the absorption of the active ingredients. Meanwhile, the face is treated to a customised beauty ritual: cleansing with milk or tonic, gentle exfoliation with a scrub, a relaxing massage and the application of a nourishing mask that renews and brightens the skin.

The treatment ends with a refreshing shower and the application of a final cream on the face and body, leaving your skin deeply moisturised, regenerated and radiant.
